1) How long does it take to ship?

3) If I am not satisfied with my order how can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a replacement, exchange or refund. Just drop us an email at info@atelierbygarance within 7 days of receiving your order.

4) A product is out of stock - Will it be back in stock again?

If an item that you wanted is out of stock contact us at info@atelierbygarance.com we'll let you know when we've got it back in stock.

5) Do I have to pay tax and/or fee?

Whether you have to pay extra tax and/or fee is dependent on the order’s value and weight. For more information about this please, contact your local Customs Office.

 6) I just placed an order but I want to change/cancel it.

To make a change or cancel your order, send us an email at info@atrlierbygarance.com.You must send the email within 1 hour of receiving your confirmation or the change may no longer be possible.
